I DON'T DO FREE TECH SUPPORT EVER, so calling me with a "story" about your problem hoping I give you the answer without charging you for it, is not going to happen. Either you want legitimate services and pay for them or you can easily go somewhere else.
After a system has been repaired, there's a 3 month warranty on that specific labor performed. Any new issues aside from the original resolved problem(s) are NOT COVERED in this 3 month warranty and they are considered new issues and new fees will apply for them.
Furthermore, I will NOT be responsible for any damages or repairs if after a system is fixed and returned to the customer, that person decides to download something that causes new problems to the system(s) or if intentionally or otherwise tinkers with any software and/or hardware that creates a problem because of lack of computer experience on the customer's part. This also goes for any legitimate software or hardware that the customer installs after the system was returned. I WILL NOT fix any of these new issues for FREE. The 3 month labor is JUST for the service rendered and not any new issues do to customer negligence.
Verification of installation/removal of any software is possible do to the fact that the operating system records what has been installed and uninstalled and on what specific date and time. If this situation is found to be true, new charges will apply for any services or services will not be performed or could be terminated.
During the process of troubleshooting any computer system, I may come up inadvertently on personal/private information. I DO NOT ACTIVELY SEARCH FOR ANY PERSONAL/PRIVATE INFORMATION UNLESS I'M ASK TO RECOVER THIS TYPE OF DATA AS A SERVICE FOR A CUSTOMER.
On that same note, I DO NOT KEEP any personal information in any type of media (i.e. CD/DVD, HD, etc.) or back this type of information on any disk UNLESS it is requested by the customer as a service, but please be aware that if any illegal activities are found during the troubleshooting process (i.e. illegal pics, bomb making instructions, etc.) I AM FORCED BY LAW TO REPORT THIS TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
I AM NOT IN ANY WAY INVOLVED WITH ANY LAW ENFORCING AGENCY. I DO HOWEVER WORK FOR THE US GOVERNMENT AS AN ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY MEMBER.
If at any time I receive phone calls or emails at my job (military) from anyone regarding any services I offer, any service that is being provided will be automatically terminated. No service will be provided at all if this happens. Furthermore, if any services have been paid for, no refund will be given! TAKE NOTE OF THIS!

THE REST
I DO NOT INSTALL ILLEGAL COPIES OF ANY SOFTWARE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SOFTWARE THEN PURCHASE IT. On that same note, you must have legal serial keys of all your software available so I can better serve you.
All the recovery disks your system came with must be available before any services are performed. If you cannot get your disks, then the service will take longer than expected as I have to search for them on the net or buy them and if I buy them, then their price will be included in the final fee. If I can't get them then I cannot repair your system. On that same note, if I get them and you don't want the service, then you need to pay for them.
During any troubleshooting or other services I provide, if I give a customer a deadline and I need to extend it because of military commitments, I will try my best to finish the service I was providing on my next available day/time. If you don't agree with this statement, then please do not ask for my services.
If I have to service your system at your home, A HOME SERVICE CHARGE of $15 will always apply even if the computer is found to be damaged beyond repair or I cannot in whole or in part fix the problem(s). This charge is for distance traveled if I'm servicing your systems at the customer's home or if at anytime I have to pick up and take back the computer system to the customer's home. Anytime spent trying to fix your system is what you WILL NOT pay, if at the end I find I cannot for any reason, fix the problem(s). However, I may need to take the system to my home so I have full access to the Internet to find ways, download patches, etc...to help fix the problem(s). This $15 fee is waived if the system(s) is repaired.
All at home repairs or services run for a total of 6 hours per day max. Some systems may be so slow that could require additional time to fix. I will request a follow-up if I need more time.
Consulting with a customer about computer hardware/software to be upgraded DOES NOT MEAN that I will accompany anyone to any store at any time. Consulting services are chargable. See the SERVICE page for more information.
If a customer cancels or refuses any possible or continuing repairs to include replacing any hardware, troubleshooting or testing of hardware/software, etc; I still charge for services rendered up to that point. Not being able to fix the system due to customer interference does not constitute failure on my part.
If I fail to fix your system(s) it doesn't mean that I owe you something and "hiring" me for a second time doesn't mean that any future services are free of charge.
I will not install, configure or troubleshoot any hardware or software that was purchased by a customer for free or at a cheaper rate than what I already established in this website. If the hardware causes problems to the system I will charge my regular fees to fix any issues. Before purchasing any hardware/software, please consult with me, my estimates are free and I can help minimize compatibility issues with your PC and required hardware.
I don't do "free" house calls to check what a computer needs for it to be upgraded. I always charge for this. See Other Services page for more info.
Understand that full data recovery/backup is never 100% guaranteed. Data might have been corrupted during format/hard disk damage by customer negligence or interference by a trojan/virus or any other maliciousware. Data recovery is not a problem that suspends computer functions, therefore, data retrieval fee is still chargeable even if it could not be 100% retrived or even if your computer problem continues.
Any suggestion given to me (i.e. Website improvement, design related, etc...) will be considered anonymous and does not constitute agreement of any kind (legal or otherwise) between any individual(s) and me, the owner of this website. Furthermore, these "suggestions" will be considered "public domain material" and at no time it is implied that I will provide any monetary compensation, a reduction of price for services, a later "favor/hook-up" for them if any suggestions are implemented on this website.
Any iPhone or Wii “hack” services do not come with any warranty and it is not implied they do. These services are classified as "use at your own risk" services and have the warning icon and warning a message in their respective pages.
I do not accept any type of old hardware, dvds, software, or any hardware of any kind as payment for any services. If you want me to take any excess electronics off your hands, I will at my own discretion and FOR FREE, but I will not pay for them, trade services or give a discount on any of my services for them.

SERVICE AND FEES CLAUSE
If any new hardware and/or software are required to fix a problem, it needs to be paid in full before being purchased by me. Furthermore, the new hardware/software may or may not fix the problem due to unforeseen issues caused by inoperative parts and may require further hardware to completely fix the problem. Any hardware/software upgrades are extra and will be included in the final bill and they must be approved by the customer as an additional expense prior to getting them. I will consult with the customer before he/she spends too much money on a system that could potentially be damaged beyond repair. Any hardware/software purchased for a system that will not respond and could definetly be damaged beyond repair will not be refunded. Some hardware repair services are based on trial and error and parts bought cannot be returned.
My services are the lowest in the area. There are special circumstances when I will choose when to provide a discount to a customer, but it is to my discretion.

WHAT TROUBLESHOOTING MEANS
Troubleshooting consists of determining what the problem is (either software and/or hardware) and finding a solution to a problem. Be aware that new hardware or software upgrades may fix system issues, but acquiring the same type of hardware that your system has may be hard to do, due to the quick release of new technologies.
Additionally, getting these new parts may or may not completely fix the computer, new problems may arise that were not initially foreseen due to lack of accessibility to the computer and may need further hardware replacement and/or service to completely fix the problems. In some instances the actual problem may not be corrected even when new parts have been installed. This is what is called damaged beyond repair. This situation is not foreseeable and thus I will not be responsible for purchasing or refunding the customer for the new parts that were purchased for repairs. In this case, the customer can try to salvage what he can and sell the system in parts.
The services I offer will fix about 90% to 95% of common problems, but additional services or parts may be needed to completely repair the current system.

NOTEBOOK/LAPTOP CUSTOMERS
Troubleshooting of these systems is limited due to the systems having a high "shared" hardware. Unlike desktop PCs, notebooks/laptops have components that are integrated with the motherboard. Replacing any of these (i.e. audio, video card) is not possible unless you purchase a specific motherboard for your computer.
There are no generic parts like motherboards for notebooks/laptops and they must be purchased from the original manufacturer. Replacing other components (hard disk, memory) may fix a specific problem, but this is not 100% guaranteed because other problems may exist that were not foreseen.
Depending on how old your notebook is sometimes purchasing a new notebook/laptop is the best way to go and may even be cost efficient than replacing the damaged part.
The time spent working on the computer system may be affected due to the age and/or hardware configuration and parts of each computer system. The older/basic the system the longer it takes to troubleshoot.

OTHER INFORMATION
All of my work has a time limit. Max time for any service provided will be of 5 hours. Additional time after that will be allowed only under special circumstances and consideration by me and with customer approval.
I don't provide any pirated programs to anyone for any reason so DO NOT ASK!

- If you damage your computer after I return it to you, then either you fix it yourself or pay up again!. My warranty is for the job I did and not for the problems the customer continues to cause because of negligence, ignorance, etc. And blames it on something I did or installed. I test every system before I return it to the customer to make sure it works as it should.
- If you don't have an O/S (window XP, Win7, etc.) Then buy it or get it how ever you see fit. I'm not installing/supplying it illegally or any other software for that matter!
- I don't do anything free, cheaper or take anything as a "trade" to lower my fees. I will however take any electronics components from you for free if you want to get rid of them.
- Please, don't give me a sap sad story of how you just lost your job...blah, blah, blah!!! I have my own problems too and i'm not doing any services for free or cheaper.
