SERVICES OVERVIEW
Below is some information and rates for my services. All my services (maintenance, upgrade, etc...) can now be paid via PAYPAL secure website. More details about them in the links located above.
 All maintenance pricing is based per single system. Any new hardware or software needed to repair the problem is not included in any maintenance package I offer.

 Any worked finished within an hour will be charge full hourly rate ($18.95).
THINGS I WILL NEED FROM YOU
Before anything else, I have to tell you that I cannot work on any computer without the items mentioned below. Please make sure you have all of these items ready before contacting me for service.
Desktops:
- Computer case itself (no monitor, keyboard, mouse or speakers)
- Power cable for case (the one that goes to the wall outlet)
- All program disks, specially the repair disk or O/S disk
- (I DO NOT PROVIDE ILLEGAL COPIES OF ANY WINDOWS O/S ...SO DON'T ASK!)
- Passwords to the O/S (if any)
- If I have to hack my way into your computer I will charge you an extra $30
Laptops/Notebooks:
- Laptop/Notebook (no other input device needed)
- A/C Cable (to wall outlet)
- All program disks, specially the repair disk or O/S disk
- (I DO NOT PROVIDE ILLEGAL COPIES OF ANY WINDOWS O/S ...SO DON'T ASK!)
- Passwords to the O/S (if any)
- If I have to hack my way into your computer I will charge you an extra $30
 *If I need to order a repair disk from Dell, Gateway, etc...the cost of it will be added to the final repair bill.
 A on-site service charge of $15 applies even if the computer cannot be fixed. Waived if repair.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS
For any computer system used for any type of business a fee of $99.95 per system. Business systems include home systems were its use will help acquire monetary compensation for its owner. In other words, if you use it to make money then its a business system. See below for additional services and their charges. Any additional time will be at my discreation but if I cannot continue the repairs that same day I will re-schedule a follow-on repair time for a later date.
 A on-site service charge of $15 applies even if the computer cannot be fixed. Waived if repair.

EMERGENCY LABOR An emergency labor situation is basically one that the customer cannot wait until the next available time that I can work on the problem. If I can spare the time to do this then this situation will be considered as such. This fee is $29.95 in addition to the cost of the fix is.
 Any labor not completed will be finished the next available day. Time will be scheduled on an available basis but the time allocated here should be sufficient for the majority of today's systems.
 Please keep in mind that each computer configuration is different. Hardware varies from PC to PC and these differences in hardware directly affect the time needed to perform any services. The older/basic the system the more time it takes due to slower processor, memory, etc...

PERIPHERAL TROUBLESHOOTING Service on printers, scanners or any other peripheral is not included on the repair packaged I offer and are in themselves charged separately. (see other maintenance page)

CUSTOM BUILD SYSTEMS AND UPGRADE Hardware and prices are subject to change without notice. Custom system purchase max is $3,500. All systems along with any services to be rendered (i.e. hardware and software installation). All parts must be paid in full prior to ordering parts. Labor fee is $49.95 per system built plus parts/software and s&h. Paid via cash, check or PAYPAL! All parts and software will be paid prior to ordering them.
 If you're paying with PAYPAL there is an additional 3% subcharge to the total fee (labor plus parts) for any systems of $3,000 or less and 2.6% subcharge to any systems above $3,000.

NOTEBOOK/LAPTOP CUSTOMERS I can do just about any services to these systems just like a regular desktop system, (replace memory, LCD screen, wi-fi card) except the following...
- Replacing the motherboard, audio hardware, video hardware: This hardware usually comes integrated meaning the video card or audio card are soldered to the motherboard themselves, therefore, it cannot be removed and replaced. If you still have a warranty with the manufacturer, then this will be your best bet to get it fixed. If not, then still ask the manufacturer what the cost of repair will be. Sometimes it will be cheaper to get a new laptop/notebook than to fix the old one. *Please keep in mind that if the system is too old, then its best to upgrade to a newer system as your specific system parts may no longer be manufactured.

3 MONTH WARRANTY All my work has a 3 month warranty on the specific labor I provided and it starts fron the date on the receipt. If any new problems besides the original issue that was resolved come up (i.e. the computer has a virus, video card or hard disk is no longer working, etc) then, this is considered a new issue and new charges will apply for the repair of this new problem. NEW ISSUES ARE NOT COVERED IN THIS 3 MONTH WARRANTY. Warranties of all new hardware and software is through each product's manufacturers and not me. Please keep all receipts I give you on all parts and software purchased. I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES CAUSED BY CUSTOMER NEGLIGANCE, CUSTOMER INSTALLATION OR REMOVING OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE OR REMOVING OR INSTALLATION OF HARDWARE AFTER THE SYSTEM(S) WAS REPAIRED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS SITUATION WILL NOT BE COVERED IN THE 3 MONTH WARRANTY I OFFER. READ THE DISCLAIMER PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
If a customer cancels or refuses any repair that may include hardware upgrading that could possibly fix the problem to include hardware parts, then I still charge for all services rendered up to that point. I'm not at fault if the customer cancels repairs for any reason. Please read more disclaimer information in the DISCLAIMER page.
